Cat, Volvo & Komatsu. If required one of
our highly experienced members of staff can visit and measure your
machine to make sure you receive a cutting edge tailored
specifically to your requirements.
Advice is on hand as to the most appropriate
material specification / dimensions for the required application.
Most types of cutting edge materials are
available from single and double bevel sections to straight edges in
a variety of thickness or grades (un-heat treated, Heat treated,
Carbon Steel, Hardox etc.).
Half Arrow Head section can be supplied in
various thicknesses and widths, heat treated and standard materials.
Bolt on wear segments are available either to
O.E.M. part number or made to measure.
For those areas of wear on a bucket that need
extra protection (i.e. bucket floor and sides) we can supply either
Heat Treated Boron or Hardox wear strips. Bubble wear bar in 3m and
6m lengths are also available. |
